From self-loathing to pressure from the media, we’ve been brainwashed into believing that being a certain way is the only way.

I spent hours in the gym, monitored what I ate, but no matter how my body changed I continued to have a negative relationship with it. What I found was that no matter how my body looked, I could never accept it because I viewed my body as separate from who I was.

Practicing yoga, meditation and studying my thinking patterns about myself, I found an approach that fundamentally changed the relationship between my mind and body. It’s allowed me to develop genuine self love, without shame, no matter what my body looks like.

My transformational programme shares what I’ve learned to support anyone who’s ready to experience the same journey. It’s in no way a quick fix, but it pulls together all the experiences and techniques I wish I had all those years ago and guides you step by step through the process. On the mat, we’ll create an opportunity for you to quieten your inner critic and accept your true self, respecting and celebrating your body exactly as it is.

15 Years

15 years of being unhappy with how I felt about my body to realise there are others who thought the same way I did.

10 years to change my way of thinking and build unconditional love and connection with my body and who I am.

3 Months

3 months to develop a programme that opens the door for you to do the same.
